Free Wave is a talent agent and human resource coordinating company with more than 2,500 talents registered with Free Wave and those who are registered are mainly foreigners who reside in Japan. Ever since we inaugurated Free Wave in 1992, we have involved in managing various kinds of foreign artists. Now, we have established “Model / Extra Division,” “Narrator Division,” “Music Division,” “Dance Division,” “Performer Division” and “Foreign Cultural Figure Division.” We provide talent coordination services to meet your needs in diversified fields such as commercial / movie production, TV / mass communication, music / event production, fashion industry, bridal-related industry, etc.

Management System:
We directly manage 95% of registered people and have approximately 50 new registrants in monthly average. We hire only those who are qualified to work in Japan and always manage each model, talent, etc. with utmost attention. In addition, we register each person in each appropriate division; therefore, we will not bury his or her talents. Of course, we also have expanded network with those who are not registered with us.

Our management and other staffs are all bilingual.
